Do note that PoE Planner does not support Cluster Jewels and some specific unique jewels and it is highly recommended you install Path of Building to follow builds most optimally. The lower the number the worse I actually think the build is in that compartment. This is where I’ll rate the build in numbers. At the very least, you’ll need to play this variant to make currency to respec in some endgame variant that either uses two buttons or focuses on triggering spells a different way, enabling more mana reservation & damage scaling. This is not a build you want to play if your goal is to farm Uber Elder or Uber Pinnacle Bosses. However, I don’t think it’ll ever go past beating the simplest of Pinnacle Bosses, if even that. It also remains acceptably beefy and does have enough damage to kill any map boss in the game, when built correctly. Because I built this guide to be a clear speed variant of said build, I think it’s important to know that it does that very well. Mechanicsīecause the build needs enemies to be shocked and on top of that deals more Damage in increments based on the shock effect you stack on monsters, this is obviously going to be the way we’re scaling our damage. Playing this in League currently, spellslinger does not feel great at level 40. However, should this version prove to be weaker than I anticipate, you can easily swap it out to the 2-button build (oh no!) or just deviate to some form of Mjölner variant. On top of that, this guide is being written as the skills comes out which means you’re always a bit in the dark when it comes to viability of a certain way of playing a build. It will never be the best way to play this skill because of the problems with Spellslinger. This guide is meant to provide you with a fun way of playing a well-perceived skill. Read this before playing the guide, as it’s important you understand its limitations. Because this inherently pushes you into a two-button build and I have an extreme distaste for those kinds of build, I decided to write a guide which circumvents that through making us of the once extremely popular Spellslinger. It is a damaging spell which only gets enabled once one shocks enemies around them. The Lightning Conduit gem was introduced in Path of Exile’s 3.19 Lake of Kalandra expansion.
